POLICIES

  • RETURNS

    Retun policy on items depend on the product vendor.

    In most cases at least a 14 day return is accepted.

    The Vault collection are one off items and there are no returns on these products accepted.

    For all returns, customer is responsible for shipping the product before the return will be granted unless it is a case of a damaged or missing product.

  • SHIPPING

    All shipments will be processed within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving the order. Print on demand orders including shirts, hats, and totes can take another day to in some cases.

    All orders will have a tracking number sent when the item is processed.
